Shipping

We will send items by Royal Mail Tracked 48. We post items within two days of the order being placed. If for any reason there is a delay in posting your order we will email you to let you know.  

Fresh Flower Orders

Fresh flowers can be collected on wed/thurs/fri/sat only, between 11am - 5pm. Please select your chosen collection day at checkout by writing in the notes section. 

Fresh flowers are all beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, tied with ribbon, and aqua packed in biodegradable cellophane so that the flower stems are in water and hydrated upon collection. (except the 'table flowers' which only come aqua packed on request). 

If you do not come to collect your flowers on your chosen day, we will hold them for a further day. We cannot offer a refund if you fail to collect your order - please get in touch if you can't make your chosen collection day so we can try and work something out for you. 

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Non Perishable items:

We hope you love your purchase from Starry Skies, however if you have changed your mind and would like to return your item, please contact us so we can offer a full refund or exchange of goods. 

Email hellostarryskiesdesign@outlook.com to let us know within 14 days of receiving your parcel and we’ll give you the next steps. Please ensure the item is sent back in a resalable condition.  

Returns postage must be paid by the customer unless you are returning the item due to being faulty or damaged, in which case Starry Skies will cover the full cost of the return. 

In the event the item has arrived damaged we may ask for photographs so we can claim it back from the carrier. 

Perishable Items:

For live plants and fresh cut flowers we cannot offer a refund unless they have arrived damaged or in poor condition. 

We ask that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving these goods so that we know the item(s) have arrived like that. Please send us photos so we can see the issues. (Eg wilting flowers, lots of broken stems / dying houseplant or lots of broken stems).

If we establish that the items have arrived in poor condition, we will offer an exchange or full refund. 

For plants being posted, there may sometimes be minor damage on the odd leaf which is sometimes unavoidable. We try to package everything up as carefully as possible but from time to time the odd delicate leaf may show minor damage but we would expect it to be barely noticeable and therefore not ruining the overall condition of the plant.
